Hey, I’m Jasandra Berman & I’m so glad you’re here.

I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Miami, where the cafecito is strong, the culture is rich, and the women are even stronger. As a proud Cuban woman, I come from a long line of resilient, passionate, loud, loving, no-nonsense women, and I carry that energy into everything I do.

I’m a wife to an incredible husband, a mama to three amazing kids, and a dog mom to two chaotic but lovable pups. So yes, I know a thing or two about balancing chaos, keeping it real, and still finding a way to show up for myself and my purpose. Life isn’t always pretty, polished, or Pinterest-perfect, and that’s exactly why I became a certified transformation coach.

I help women become the best version of themselves, right in the middle of the mess. Whether you’re healing from the past, trying to find your voice, juggling a million roles, or just tired of feeling stuck, I’m here for you. Not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who’s walked through the fire, made the mistakes, and learned how to come out stronger.

My “qualifications”? They come from life. From starting over when I didn’t think I could. From working since I was 14 and grinding through setbacks. From facing challenges most people never see, and still choosing to rise.

I created this space for women like you:
